ProBioGen chooses BE-terna to strengthen operations with Infor CloudSuite

The Berlin-based company, a leading contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) and technology provider for biopharmaceuticals, will enhance its operations by implementing Infor CloudSuite together with BE-terna Reactor—a mobile-first extension that supports key operational processes beyond the core ERP.

Future-ready with technology that delivers

ProBioGen supports biotech and pharmaceutical companies worldwide with advanced cell line engineering, process development, and GMP manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals, viral vectors, and vaccines. In addition, the company develops proprietary technologies to optimize manufacturing and analysis.

To future-proof its infrastructure and scale its operations, ProBioGen launched a structured ERP selection process. After concept submissions, intensive workshops in Berlin, IPC-based process analysis, and a reference visit to an existing BE-terna customer, ProBioGen selected BE-terna as implementation partner and Infor CloudSuite as the best-fit solution.

Looking ahead

The project focuses on modernizing and harmonizing business processes on a cloud-based ERP foundation with Infor M3. To further support mobility and operational efficiency, selected processes will be extended using the BE-terna Reactor Platform, enabling real-time data access and capture across devices—even in offline environments, an important capability for regulated GMP operations.

Following contract signing, the official project kick-off took place in Berlin on 10 December 2025, marking the start of the implementation phase. We look forward to working closely with ProBioGen on this next step in their digital transformation.
