In the event that the user is domiciled outside Germany, BE-terna and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Republic of Germany. In this case, Leipzig is agreed as the place of jurisdiction for all disputes that may arise from access to this website.
