Good to know: If you’re arriving by train, overnight guests can travel from the Brixlegg or Wörgl train stations to Alpbach free of charge—your reservation confirmation serves as your ticket for the VVT regional bus line.
Once you arrive, your lodging will provide you with the Alpbachtal Card, which also en titles you to free use of the Regiobus—along with many other benefits during your stay.
In Alpbach, you don't need a car: All event venues are within walking distance or accessible by public transportation.

You can reach Alpbach via the A12 Inntal Highway (toll road), taking the Kramsach / Brixlegg / Alpbachtal exit. From there, it’s only 9 km to Alpbach.
Free parking is available at most accommodations in Alpbach. The Congress Centrum Alpbach itself has a paid underground parking garage with 87 spaces on two levels (including four wheelchair-accessible spaces).
There are five electric vehicle charging stations (Type 2 connectors, 11–22 kW) in the underground parking garage of the Congress Centrum Alpbach. In addition, some accommodations have their own charging stations that can be used by their guests.

The Congress Centrum Alpbach consistently focuses on regional partnerships, resource-efficient architecture, and certified sustainability—more than 79 events have already been held as “Green Meetings” in accordance with the criteria of the Austrian Ecolabel.
