Since April 2017, the international food manufacturer has been working successfully with Infor M3 in 9 of the group's 14 divisions for financial and asset accounting. In less than 9 months project time, this first important step for the MOGUNTIA group of companies was achieved in cooperation with the specialists from BE-terna. At the same time, the examination was carried out whether Infor M3 is also suitable for MOGUNTIA in the other divisions of the company in terms of an overall solution. After a positive evaluation, the project start of the group-wide implementation of Infor M3 took place in April 2017. The first step is the introduction of M3 in all departments at Indasia Gewürzwerk GmbH - a member of the group.

MOGUNTIA expects the full use of Infor M3 to optimize all production planning scenarios, even across multiple sites, supported within Infor M3 by specialized and intuitive applications like the Scheduling Workbench. Furthermore, as in every food company, the issue of traceability is of utmost importance for MOGUNTIA. With the Graphical Lot Tracker, MOGUNTIA will be able to trace all materials and ingredients seamlessly and across the entire value chain. Of course MOGUNTIA expects the integrated Business Intelligence application to provide better transparency and decision bases for the operative business as well as for the derivation of strategic measures.
