The organizations have established a collaboration that augments BE-terna’s Dynamics 365 solutions with the power of Infobip’s omnichannel infrastructure. BE-terna will take advantage of Infobip’s entire Software as a Service (SaaS) offering, including its contact center solution Conversations, chatbot building platform Answers and customer engagement tool Moments, which covers all stages of the customer journey.
BE-terna Dynamics 365 customers will now be able to engage with their clients on the channels they prefer using a single platform, and offer them a true omnichannel experience over the largest range of programmable channels offered by any single provider. This includes enabling personalised communications and customer support through a multitude of channels including WhatsApp, Messenger, Viber, SMS, Email, RCS and Mobile App Messaging.
