We at BE-terna are happy to welcome Victoria Stenholm as our new Nordic Head of Marketing. Victoria has extensive experience in marketing and has previously worked in the IT industry. To get to know her better, we've asked her some questions about her background, expectations, and what she's looking forward to at BE-terna.
Can you tell us a little about your previous experience in marketing and how it led you to your role as Nordic Head of Marketing at BE-terna?
My experience in marketing goes back 10+ years, with both operational and strategic work. In several of my early roles, I was the only person in marketing, which gave me broad but grateful knowledge. My last role was as Marketing Manager at a national company, and the next step was obvious: to work internationally. At BE-terna, I have the opportunity to take that next step. There is a large, competent team to learn, be inspired by, and develop with both inside and across borders.
What expectations do you have for your role as Nordic Head of Marketing at BE-terna?
My expectations are to build a cohesive team that complements each other, where we take marketing at BE-terna to the next level. We want to reach those who have a need for our products/services and be top of mind for those who will need us.
Which marketing channel have you had the most success with in the past?
I have seen significant success with webinars previously conducted, both branding webinars with 600+ participants where we invited researchers or industry influencers, but also more product-focused webinars with fewer participants, but where there is already an interest/need.
