At BE-terna, our people make the difference. In this interview, we meet Jonas, a Solution Consultant working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. He shares his journey into ERP, what inspires him in his daily work, and how he experiences the culture at BE-terna. From learning on the job to exploring new technologies, Jonas gives us a glimpse into both his professional role and life outside of work.
I mostly spend time with my family and do activities with my daughters. When I have some spare time, I like to play golf, and I have a big interest in sports. And a fun fact – I love licorice!
I’ve always liked understanding how things are connected in larger systems. When I realized how ERP can bring together business processes, data, and people in one system, I understood its power.
The most fun is constantly learning new things and being able to use them directly in projects. The most challenging part is understanding the entire process chain – how one small setting can affect production, inventory, and sales.

By building my own scenarios in the test environment, reading documentation, and above all through discussions with colleagues.
I get to be part of projects from the start, and there’s a good structure for asking questions, setting goals, and following up. And my colleagues always take the time to support me – that means a lot.
