In planning and inventory management, AI has delivered highly accurate forecasts for years. Yet accuracy alone does not guarantee adoption. When recommendations contradict experience or intuition, they are often overridden.

The system is explicitly constrained to explain only what can be proven and to say so when no reliable explanation exists.
