• Develop, customize, and test software solutions in line with design specifications, functional requirements, and internal coding standards
• Analyze, debug, fix, and test defects in existing solutions
• Actively participate in the full software development and implementation lifecycle for different clients
• Proactively learn and enhance knowledge of software development principles, tools, and technologies required for implementation and support projects
• Prepare, maintain, and update technical and functional documentation
• Ensure regular, accurate, and timely recording of work performed in accordance with internal policies, methodologies, and project guidelines

#yoursuperpowers

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or comparable education
• Experience or strong interest in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Technical skills in X++, Azure, C#, integrations, or ERP architectures are a plus
• Very good English skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, team-oriented and collaborative
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value
