• Continuously develop expertise in software and other competencies required for implementation and support projects, and proactively share relevant information with customers and colleagues when appropriate
  
• Analyze customer needs for small and medium-sized projects, including reviewing business processes and gathering functional and technical requirements
• Contribute to task and project planning by estimating implementation effort and providing input for project and support activity schedules
• Prepare clear and comprehensive implementation documentation, such as functional requirements, functional design documents, and integration specifications
• Track and evaluate client needs, challenges, and opportunities across existing and prospective customers to help define appropriate services and solutions
  
• Provide recommendations for the design, development, testing, and deployment of effective solutions and services
• Identify, analyze, and resolve functional and technical issues, risks, and bottlenecks

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar
• Experience or strong interest in ERP systems
• Knowledge of finance, controlling, or supply chain processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Structured, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
• Very good English skills
