#your mission

• Lead and coordinate the BC Developers team, ensuring smooth collaboration and knowledge sharing 
• Act as the first point of contact for delivery escalations, partnering with the Principal Solution Engineer on technical direction and quality 
• Oversee workload distribution, monitor progress, and support colleagues in achieving project milestones 
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Team Leads, and Consultants to align team priorities and delivery with business requirements 
• Develop colleagues through feedback, performance reviews and development plans, fostering professional growth and continuous improvement Ensure the team consistently applies agreed coding standards and best
•  Ensure high-quality deliverables, make room for documentation, and implement continuous improvement processes 
• Drive the team to deliver on time, within scope, expected quality and set KPIs

• Proven leadership skills and ability to guide a development team 
• Proven desire and willingness to learn, be challenged and develop new skills 
• Solid understanding of software architecture, ERP systems, and coding best practices 
• Experience in leading a team, people management and mentoring 
• Strong experience with software development concepts, frameworks and project delivery 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities 
• Experience in Microsoft D365 Business Central development (.NET, AL, extensions, integrations) is an advantage 
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
