D365 Customer Engagement Engineer

#yourmission

  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to plan project timelines and define technical solutions
  • Design, develop, and document solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Provide technical support to consultants, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Prepare technical documentation, including integration specifications
  • Estimate implementation efforts and support project planning activities
  • Define and ensure testing methodologies, including exit criteria for successful delivery
  • Ensure high-quality standards across implementations and deliverables
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in processes, solutions, and documentation standards
  • Proactively resolve technical challenges and support project delivery
  • Collaborate across teams in a strong, contribution-driven team culture

#yoursuperpowers

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM)
  • Strong understanding of software development and system integration concepts
  • Experience with Power Platform, APIs, or .NET is a strong advantage
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
