• Drive the digitalization of financial and accounting processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
• Analyze customer financial processes, provide expert advice, and translate business needs into scalable system solutions
• Lead key users through implementation phases, including configuration, parameterization, and scope ownership
• Identify opportunities to optimize or redesign core finance processes and ensure best-practice adoption
• Facilitate workshops, design solution concepts, and deliver training sessions for complex projects
• Create clear functional and technical documentation and collaborate closely with development teams
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships through your financial expertise and consultative approach
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge to strengthen team capabilities
• Plan, coordinate, and document project activities in line with timelines and budgets

#yoursuperpowers

• University degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a consultant in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O, or strong finance/accounting background with a transition into IT
• Solid understanding of financial processes 
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and innovation
• Ability to understand complex business scenarios and translate them into system solutions
• Very good English skills: additional languages are a plus
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NAV, Dynamics F&O, SAOP, or similar
