Are you an experienced Supply Chain professional with a passion for technology and digital transformation? Ready to take ownership of complex projects and drive impactful solutions? Then you might be exactly who we’re looking for. As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions for our clients. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, lead functional streams, and help shape innovative, efficient supply chain processes- all within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

• Actively contribute to end-to-end implementation projects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Analyze and optimize customer processes across supply chain, inventory, procurement, and warehouse management
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient ERP solutions
• Take ownership of functional design, solution architecture, and system configuration (parameterization)
• Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and guide them throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Facilitate workshops, provide user training, and oversee testing and validation phases
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with budgets and quality standards
  
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
• Build long-term client relationships through expertise and strategic insight

#yoursuperpowers

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory, procurement, or warehouse processes
• Experience as a Solution Consultant or Functional Consultant in ERP implementations
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or similar ERP systems such as SAP, NAV, etc.)
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and best practices
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• You are proficient in English
