F&O Solution Consultant - SCM

We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, or Warehouse processes and a strong interest in technology.

As a Solution Consultant, you will support our customers in implementing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and validating efficient solutions, ensuring they meet both business and compliance requirements.

#yourmission

  • Collaborate with consultants within project teams to deliver Microsoft Dynamics solutions
  • Assess and analyze customers’ supply chain, inventory, procurement, and warehouse processes, provide recommendations, and translate them into effective IT solutions
  • Support key users throughout the implementation, ensure accurate system configuration, and take ownership of the project scope
  • Conduct user training sessions and oversee software testing to guarantee solution quality
  • Prepare clear technical documentation and maintain effective communication with the technical team
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by leveraging your expertise in supply chain processes
  • Plan, coordinate, and document project activities in line with defined budgets and timelines
  • Work closely with developers to design and implement new solutions tailored to client needs

#yoursuperpowers

  • Proven experience in supply chain, inventory, procurement, or warehouse processes (current hands-on experience preferred) or a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a consultant
  • Validation experience and pharmaceutical industry background is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with a natural ability to solve complex problems
  • Team-oriented, with excellent communication and presentation capabilities
  • Focused on customer satisfaction and building strong client relationships
  • Fluent in English and the local language, both written and spoken
  • Eager to learn, with a proactive attitude toward acquiring new knowledge
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics F&O, NAV, SAP, SAOP, or similar
