• Support the identification and development of new business opportunities
• Assist in lead generation through research, networking, and outreach activities
• Help manage the early stages of the sales cycle, including initial contact and qualification
• Collaborate with senior sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams to understand customer needs
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and product demos
• Maintain accurate records of leads and activities
• Learn to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
• Represent BE-terna at events, webinars, and other promotional activities (with support from the team)

#yoursuperpowers

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internships/student work welcome)
• Strong interest in B2B sales and IT/digital solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Business English (spoken and written)
• A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
