#yourmission

• Manage multiple (complex) related projects that may span across one or more business units from order to delivery (initiate, plan, execute, control and close project)
• Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure projects are aligned to and directly support the achievement of strategic objectives
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, expected quality, within budget and set KPIs
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project  
• Coordinate, delegate and monitor project tasks
• Actively participate in project reviews  
• Perform risk management  
• Effective Management of changes and issues
• Manage all stakeholders (customer, team, management) 
• Implement effective communication strategy with all stakeholders

• You are a team player

• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management or similar leadership role in IT
• You have a master's degree in economics, IT or in similar field 
• Skilled in verbal and written communication with the ability to deescalate even the toughest situations
• Seasoned team leader able to motivate your project team even when things don’t go well 
• You have common sense; you can quickly establish logical connections between different key factors and prioritize them
• You are proficient in English  
• You are independent and you have a goal-oriented attitude
