As our Head of Marketing AI, you will define BE-terna's AI and MarTech strategy and build an integrated technology landscape that makes our Marketing smarter, more personalized, and scalable. Your focus will be on creating personalized customer experiences and improving lead generation through innovative, data-driven solutions.

• Define and drive our AI and MarTech strategy, building a connected and scalable marketing technology landscape
• Lead and develop your team, combining direct people management with hands-on involvement in AI-driven marketing innovation
• Design and implement AI-powered applications, AI agents, and automated workflows while connecting CRM, marketing automation, CMS, and analytics platforms
• Enhance customer experiences through AI-driven personalization, intelligent customer journeys, and data-driven lead generation and conversion optimization
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, IT, Data, and external partners to deliver innovative solutions and measure their impact through clear KPIs

#yoursuperpowers

• Proven experience in AI technologies, automation, and marketing technology (MarTech), including strategic development and implementation
• Hands-on experience developing and integrating AI applications using LLMs, AI agents, APIs, and automated workflows
• Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, personalized customer journeys, and data-driven lead generation
• Experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams, including direct people management responsibility
• Ability to translate marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions, combined with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
