We’re not just looking for new colleagues, we’re searching for people who will grow with us, thrive in our teams, and share our values. That’s why we focus on an open, personal, and transparent recruitment process.

From the moment you apply, you’re not alone: One of our recruiters will guide you every step of the way, answer your questions, and keep you informed whether via email, phone, or LinkedIn.

Your application

Found an exciting position? Awesome! Simply send us your application documents, either in English or in the local language of the branch you’re applying to.

We carefully review each application and will get back to you within 3 to 5 days. If it takes longer, feel free to follow up.

Initial meeting

Your first conversation will be with one of our recruiters. In a relaxed chat, we’ll talk about your motivation, previous experience, and give you an authentic insight into our company.

This is your chance to see if we’re a great match.

Your interview

Now it’s getting real! You’ll meet your future hiring manager and potential teammates, either on-site over a cup of coffee or virtually. During this conversation, you’ll learn more about the role, the team, and our company culture.

At the same time, we want to understand who you are, what drives you, and how you work.

Show us your skills

Depending on the position, you’ll complete a practical task. For technical roles, this might be a small coding challenge, while for other positions, it could be a case study or presentation.

Don’t worry you’ll have plenty of time to prepare, and we’re here to support you!

Welcome to the team

Once the selection process is complete, we gather feedback and make a joint decision. If everything aligns, you’ll receive an offer and that’s just the beginning!

Your recruiter will introduce you to one of our People Business Partners, who will guide you through pre-boarding and onboarding, so you’ll feel welcomed from day one.
