Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Solution Consultant who will help our customers design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central solutions. #yourmission

  • Collaborate with consultants and project teams on NAV/Business Central solutions
  • Analyze and design end-to-end customer processes (production, procurement, sales, warehouse, inventory) and translate them into clear, effective IT solutions
  • Advise customers on how to implement standard Business Central functionality in the most optimal way
  • Conduct and design workshops, user trainings, and solution presentations for complex projects
  • Guide key users through implementation, ensure correct system setup, and take responsibility for functional scope
  • Discuss and negotiate solution proposals and change requests with customers in a clear and structured way
  • Recognize risks or slowdowns in delivery and take immediate action to keep the project on track
  • Define tasks required to meet project goals and accurately estimate implementation efforts
  • Effectively manage challenging client situations and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Coach and mentor junior colleagues to help them grow
  • Cooperate with developers to design and build new or improved system features
  • Plan, coordinate and document activities according to budgets and timelines

#yoursuperpowers

  • Strong understanding of business processes in production, procurement, sales, warehousing, or inventory management
  • At least 2–3 years of consulting experience (preferably on NAV or Business Central)
  • Experience working with ERP systems (NAV, Business Central, SAP, SAOP, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or technology
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and handle complex tasks
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset and confidence in handling demanding situations
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English & local language
  • Curiosity, proactive attitude, and eagerness to continuously learn
