• Lead and manage complex projects from project initiation to successful go-live and handover
• Define and control project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource planning
• Serve as the main contact person for customers on project-related topics
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies
• Ensure transparent communication and regular status reporting
• Support and mentor junior project managers and project team members 
• Drive the constant project implementation process improvement
• Execute presales activities and support the sales team

• You are a team player
• You are passionate about digitization and the future of business processes 
• At least 8 years of experience in IT project management or similar leadership role in IT
• You have a master's degree in economics, IT or in similar field 
• Skilled in verbal and written communication with the ability to deescalate even the toughest situations
• Seasoned team leader able to motivate your project team even when things don’t go well
