#yourmission

• Analyze, optimize, and maintain HR reports and dashboards with a strong focus on performance and data accuracy
• Collect, clean, aggregate, and continuously improve HR data quality across systems and regions
• Work closely with global HR teams to design and develop new HR dashboards, KPIs, and analytics
• Analyze existing HRIS and data collection processes to increase alignment, standardization, and automation
• Create regular and ad-hoc HR reports related to headcount, employee costs, and budgets
• Support HRBPs with salary benchmarking and compensation-related data insights
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of compensation and benefits analytics across multiple countries

#yoursuperpowers

• 3–5 years of experience in HR reporting, data analytics, or similar analytical roles
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data storytelling and visualization
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis)
• Experience creating HR dashboards and reports using Qlik and/or Power BI
• Solid understanding of HR data structures and the employee lifecycle
• Experience working with global and local HR data sets
• Ability to communicate data insights clearly to HR stakeholders
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
