#yourmission

  • Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities through a structured and targeted sales hunting approach
  • Generate and qualify leads through market research, networking, and proactive outreach
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle – from initial contact to successful deal closure
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and consulting teams to design tailored solutions that meet customer needs
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos to prospective clients
  • Maintain and expand a solid pipeline of prospects, using CRM tools to manage activities and reporting
  • Recognize cross-sell and upsell potential during the sales process and ensure seamless handover to delivery teams
  • Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to position BE-terna effectively
  • Represent BE-terna at industry events, webinars, and conferences

#yoursuperpowers

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in solution sales or IT services sales, with a strong focus on new business development
  • Proven track record in B2B sales hunting and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to match client needs with appropriate digital solutions
  • High level of self-motivation, independence, and resilience in dynamic sales environments
  • Demonstrable success in business development, with a solid track record of achieving sales targets
  • Fluent in Business English, both spoken and written
  • A true team player who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
