#yourmission

• Deliver high-quality, unit-tested feature code that meets coding standards and requirements
• Analyze complex project requirements to derive software design and ensure performance objectives are met
• Understand and monitor customer needs, challenges, and opportunities, and develop suitable services and solutions using new technologies and innovative approaches
• Take responsibility for estimation, planning, and full delivery of solutions, ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions reflect the vision and leverage current development best practices
• Support pre-sales activities by contributing to responses for new opportunities
• Engage in the analysis phase of projects, evaluating business processes, and proposing solutions both within the utility inventory domain and in related areas
  
  

#yoursuperpowers

• Proven track record of delivering software solutions, with at least 3–5 years in solution engineering, consulting, or similar roles
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems or utility management software is a plus (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, F&O, or similar)
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, team-oriented and collaborative
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value
