PROJECT ACCOUNTANT*

Why we need you? We need a person who will become an expert in licenses that are very important to us as a Microsoft partner. We need you as a structured person who will be the link between accounting and sales and take care that all documents are in the right place.   If that seems like a place for you, read on.  

#your mission

  • Handeling the license procurement process.  
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders.  
  • Issuing sales quotes and sales orders.  
  • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.  
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.  
  • Expediting orders through internal liaison.  
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.  
  • Identifying new products to add to those on offer.  
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.  

#yoursuperpowers

  • You have an interest in administration and you want to work in one of the biggest Microsoft Partners in Europe  
  • You have BA in Administration, or Economy & you can work full-time  
  • Well-organised: you know how to sort tasks by relevance and how to prioritise them  
  • Self-initiative and proactive: notice the work, and you make suggestions for improvements proactively  
  • Attention to details & ability to handle sensitive, confidential information  
  • Excellent knowledge spoken and written of Croatian and English  
  • Good IT skills and experience with - Excel and Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365
