People Business Partner

 As a People Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted partner to managers and teams, supporting them in navigating all things people. You’ll work closely with leaders to align people initiatives with business goals and help create a positive, high-performing work environment where employees can thrive.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with the broader People team to ensure a smooth and consistent employee experience across the organization. From supporting managers in team development to guiding performance conversations and organizational changes, you’ll play an important role in strengthening leadership capabilities and bringing people processes to life.

This is a temporary position covering a maternity leave, offering the opportunity to join a dynamic People team and contribute your expertise while making a meaningful impact across the organization.

#yourmission

  • Act as the main point of contact for managers on people-related topics
  • Support leaders in organizational planning, team development, and annual people processes (e.g., performance reviews)
  • Translate business needs into actionable people initiatives in collaboration with the People team
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters
  • Assist in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and performance management situations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor legislation
  • Partner with managers to identify development opportunities within teams
  • Support career development conversations and learning initiatives
  • Encourage internal mobility and employee growth
  • Guide managers through performance review processes and continuous feedback practices.
  • Support managers in addressing performance challenges and implementing improvement plans
  • Promote a culture of development, feedback, and accountability
  • Support the implementation of People initiatives such as engagement surveys, development programs, and culture initiatives
  • Collaborate with People Operations to ensure smooth execution of HR processes
  • Contribute to cross-functional People projects and initiatives

#yoursuperpowers

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in HR, ideally in a Business Partner or HR Generalist role
  • Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of local labor legislation and HR best practices
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to balance business priorities with a positive employee experience
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong decision-making abilities
  • Coaching skills and ability to support leaders in people-related topics
