                Are you passionate about people, organization, and details? Our People Operations team is                                          expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated candidate to offer support in various administrative and                            operational HR processes. You’ll have a chance to learn from experienced professionals contribute to                            daily activities related to employee experience and lifecycle. This position is ideal for someone who’s                             looking for a long-term engagement and wants to develop within the HR field.

#yourmission

• Support the team in onboarding and offboarding processes
• Prepare and maintain employee documentation and HR records
• Assist in monthly payroll preparation and related administration
• Provide support in absence tracking, updates, and reporting
• Participate in the organization of internal events and activities
• Communicate with employees and provide administrative support
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal HR processes

• You’re organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Have at least 3 years of experience in HR or related fields
• You’re proactive and eager to learn
  
• You’re comfortable working in Excel and MS Office tools
• You have good communication skills and enjoy working with people
• You’re fluent in English (spoken and written)
