• Assist in maintaining and monitoring IT systems and networks
• Help solve technical issues and provide user support
• Learn about cloud environments (Azure, M365) and system configuration
• Collaborate with IT team members and support them in daily tasks

• You are a student in a technical field (IT, Computer Science, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of Windows environment and Microsoft technologies
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team spirit
• Fluency in English
