#yourmission

• Provide internal IT support including simple to complex tasks 
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure 
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools 
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability 
• Communicate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution 
• Work with Microsoft technology (MS on-prem Infrastracture, MS Azure, M365…) 

#yoursuperpowers

• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities & a passion for technology 
• A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills 
• A final-year student or a recent graduate with 1-2 years of experience in IT 
• Customer service orientation 
• Basic understanding of network – DHCP, switching, routing, vlan, vpn… 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft endpoint technologies (e.g. Windows 11) 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & local language 
• A hunger for new knowledge and proactive approach 
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Sharepoint or other Microsoft products
