#your mission

  • Prepare and issue invoices (regular and additional), ensuring timely and accurate billing
  • Maintain and update customer data and invoicing records in Excel
  • Handle customer complaints and coordinate invoice corrections
  • Collaborate with Customer Support to track requests, billability, and support tasks
  • Support consultants and developers with administrative coordination
  • Assist in preparing contract annexes, reports, and managing client change requests
  •  Strengthen long-term relationships by building trust and adding value in every interaction
  • Present the value of our cooperation internally and externally on a regular basis
  • Share monthly updates with clients on product news, industry trends, and BE-terna offerings
  • Support BE-terna initiatives related to existing customers and contribute to customer storytelling
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met by both BE-terna and the client
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, aligning support and delivery teams with client needs

  • Knowledge of invoicing processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Croatian
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Strong relationship-building skills and customer-focused mindset
  • Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in IT or B2B environment
  • Ability to identify client needs and translate them into actionable opportunities
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, responsible, and comfortable with a high level of autonomy
