Lünendonk Ranking 2023: BE-terna is among the top 20 medium-sized IT consultancies in Germany

Consistent growth speaks for success

A revenue increase of around 17 percent illustrates BE-terna's continuous growth, proving its high performance and customer focus. Optimistic outlook for 2023 and 2024

"2022 was a very successful year for most medium-sized IT consultancies. All companies on the list were able to increase their revenues. While the average growth of medium-sized companies over the last five years was 11.5 percent, they were able to achieve above-average growth of 14.5 percent in 2022," Tobias Ganowski, Consultant at Lünendonk & Hossenfelder, commented on the results. 

Despite difficult economic conditions in 2022, companies and the public sector continue to rely heavily on digitization and invest in IT solutions. IT service providers expect continued high demand for IT consulting, development of digital solutions, modernization of IT and cloud transformation. Although growth is expected to be somewhat slower in 2023 (12.8 percent) due to the current economic situation, demand for external IT services to implement digital transformation remains high.

To be included in the list, companies must meet strict criteria, including having their headquarters or a majority of their share capital in Germany, sales of up to 500 million euros, and proven expertise in IT consulting, software development and systems integration.
