The labour market requires that HR managers also know how to do (digital) marketing, how to sell and how to take care of key account management. This is why in the last year we have combined HR and Marketing together and created HR Marketing.
We decided to try something old but with a new look
The biggest challenge was how to attract them. If you want to attract someone you have to know how they think, what they want and how they want it. We looked back to our university years and started trying to think about our thought processes when we were deciding where to apply back then. We realised from this that at that time in life everyone is a little lost. It is easy to find a desirable company but the hardest thing is to find out exactly what kind of work you want to do. This is why we decided to help them with a Career Notebook.

On the day of the event we also launched a new promo gift that knocked their socks off (and then put new ones on again!). ;)
