Solution Consultant - CRM

Our CRM team is growing, and we would like you to join us as a Solution Consultant – CRM. Do you accept the challenge to analyze customer needs and design, implement, and test efficient, customer-centric solutions in a FUN team? 😊


#yourmission

  • Analyze customer needs (small and medium-sized projects), including analysis of business processes and proactively improve software knowledge and other skills required for CRM implementation and support projects
  • Participate in planning task execution, including effort estimation and providing input for project and support planning
  • Prepare implementation documentation such as Functional Requirement Documents, Functional Design
  • Documents, and integration documentation
  • Monitor and analyze needs, challenges, and opportunities at existing and potential CRM clients to develop suitable services and solutions
  • Create recommendations for the development, testing, and deployment of CRM solutions and services
  • Identify and resolve functional and technical issues, challenges, and bottlenecks
  • Cooperate with the sales team in preparing offers, delivering presentations, and supporting other sales
  • activities (small and medium-sized CRM projects)
  • Mentor less experienced colleagues within the team
  • Perform quality assurance activities to ensure high solution standards
  • Work effectively in diverse teams and foster a collaborative team culture where individual contributions are recognized
  • Actively seek feedback from various sources to understand personal strengths and areas for improvement
  • Actively contribute to achieving team goals and support colleagues whenever needed
  • Proactively resolve internal and external problems, challenges, and conflicts

  • Experience with CRM solutions implementation and/or support (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
  • Strong understanding of business processes in sales, marketing, and/or customer service
  • Experience in requirements analysis and preparation of functional documentation
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Team player with mentoring mindset
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
