Regional Business Line Manager - Business Central

As a Business Central Regional Business Line Manager, you will have full ownership of the Business Central business line across the Adriatic region. Your role is to drive growth, ensure delivery excellence, and lead large, structured teams in close alignment with Group strategy.


#yourmission

  • Lead and further develop the Business Central business line across Serbia, Croatia, and Slovenia
  • Manage and grow large, structured teams (100+ people) consisting of Business Central Consultants and Developers, organized within teams led by dedicated Team Leads and Business Area Managers responsible for each location
  • Ensure high-quality and consistent project delivery across the region, in cooperation with delivery and sales stakeholders
  • Drive standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement across consultant and development teams
  • Take ownership of the overall performance and scalability of the Business Central business line
  • Support strategic customer relationships and key initiatives related to Business Central
  • Collaborate closely with Group Business Line leadership to align regional goals with Group direction
  • Identify growth opportunities, organizational needs, and delivery risks, and proactively address them
  • Build strong leadership structures, support Team Leads and Business Area Managers, and foster talent development and succession planning

#yoursuperpowers

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in leadership roles, preferably within ERP / Business Central or similar business solutions
  • Proven experience in leading large teams (100+ employees) and managing complex organizational structures
  • Strong background in project delivery, ideally in an international or multi-country environment
  • Solid understanding of Business Central implementations, ERP project lifecycles, and customer delivery models
  • Strong business acumen with experience in managing the overall performance of a business line
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work across cultures and manage distributed teams
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on leadership approach
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken)
