Bad Heilbrunner Naturheilmittel GmbH & Co. KG , based at the eponymous location Bad Heilbrunn, started live operation with the ERP solution Infor M3 on 1 November 2018. The project was implemented by BE-terna GmbH, which also successfully rolled out Infor M3 at the parent company Group HERMES ARZNEIMITTEL GmbH.
As the subsidiary of the company Hermes Arzneimittel, where Infor M3 had already been implemented several years earlier, it was only a matter of time before Bad Heilbrunner replaced its own outdated ERP system with Infor M3.
Other reasons for choosing Infor M3 included having the same data structure as the parent company and the straightforward maintenance for the IT department.
Because of the successful and smooth software rollout at the parent company Hermes Arzneimittel, everyone involved agreed that their own implementation project should be carried out with BE-terna:
Thanks to the professional teamwork, the consultants’ extensive process know-how and ultimately our mutual trust, after the M3 go-live, completed back in 2014, for our companies Hermes Arzneimittel GmbH (Germany) and Hermes Pharma Ges.m.b.H. (Austria), we are now able to convert our company Bad Heilbrunner GmbH to M3,
said Anne Reinhardt, project manager at Hermes Arzneimittel, summarising the decision for BE-terna and yet another successful collaboration.
Because of its industry-specific alignment, the new ERP system required only minor adjustments to suit the processes of Bad Heilbrunner. The only challenges were the linking of third-party systems of external partners and the simultaneous rollout of the warehouse management software.
As the collaboration between BE-terna and the Bad Heilbrunner project team was such a perfect match, both professionally and on an interpersonal level, it was possible to roll out Infor M3 in little time in the specialist areas purchasing, production, logistics, sales, dispatch, financial accounting and cost accounting. With the implementation of Infor M3 at Bad Heilbrunner complete, more than 500 users now use the ERP software in the HERMES company group.
