BE-terna GmbH has started with its first industry app in the Microsoft AppSource: BE-Crafts has successfully completed the certification process and is now available. We are thus able to provide our customers with a powerful business app which has been specially designed and optimised for crafts.
The BE-Crafts App can now be downloaded directly from the AppSource. With this safe, reliable and cost-effective solution, you can calculate, coordinate and control your construction projects at any time.
Full functionality in the basic app
BE-Crafts supports you in the calculation of your offers and helps you to successfully complete your projects. The app is quick and intuitive to learn, and easy to use. In addition to master data management and project handling functionalities, the most common interfaces you need for your daily work are also included - for example DATANORM, UGL/UGS and IDS Connect.
The range of functions is supplemented, among other things, by an integrated full-text search for all your historical document, address and article data, document processing according to VOB, quotation tracking and a project document repository in which all project-specific documents can be managed centrally.
Maximum flexibility through additional extensions
In addition, BE-Crafts is highly flexible: The app
can be extended by various additional modules if specific functions are
required that are not covered by the basic version. For example, you have the
option of supplementing the basic app with device management, maintenance
management, mobile measurement and mobile time recording. GAEB files can also
be easily imported and exported with an extension module. This gives you the
possibility to adapt BE-Crafts - beyond the basic functionalities - exactly to
your individual requirement profile.
