#your mission

  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization to generate leads and prospective customers
  • Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone, to foster and develop relationships with customers/clients, to understand the needs of our customers, and to be able to respond effectively with a course of action
  • Have a good understanding of the business, products, or services and be able to advise others about them
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture, setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the sales
  • Seek ways of improving the way the business operates, attend seminars, conferences, and events where new trends and changes in the business world are presented
  • Negotiate pricing with customers and suppliers to increase sales


  • Considerable experience in a business-to-business or business development executive role
  • University degree in Economics, IT or similar field
  • Significant client management knowledge and experience and relationship building expertise
  • People management and leadership skills
  • Proven influencing, selling and negotiation skills
  • Commercial understanding, the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions
  • A high degree of flexibility and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior external decision-makers
