HR Business Partner (f/m/d)

#yourmission

  • Support and update the business managers on all employee relations matters, building strong relationships with internal clients, develop deep understanding of business needs and assure the teams are prepared for execution of the strategy
  • Proactively drive HR processes and policies, offering guidance on HR related topics to business
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance; partner with legal and tax experts as needed/required
  • Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and benefits, employee relations, payroll, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development
  • Preparation and management of all employment documentation
  • Standardization, simplification and automatization of HR processes
  • Management of employees requests/questions (HR inquires)
  • Development and introduction of new HR best practices & activities
  • Support at Succession Planning activities (e.g. Career planning, Talent reviews, HiPO identification)
  • Supporting Performance Management activities (e.g. Calibration meetings, Objectives setting, Manager Assessment, Self-assessment etc.) 

 

#yoursuperpowers

  • Master's degree, preferably in Psychology or Business
  • Minimum 5 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in IT industry
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & problem-solving skills
  • Analytically driven with can-do attitude
  • HR reporting skills
  • Experience with HR processes         
  • Experience with data instrumentation/collection and use of HR tools
