Internorm International reveals new perspectives for sales with the CRM solution Microsoft D365

2 min read May 11, 2019

Internorm is the largest internationally active brand for windows and doors in Europe. With almost 2,000 employees throughout Europe and its headquarters in Traun (near Linz in Austria), Internorm manufactures exclusively in Austria, to the highest quality. In order to further promote international and cross-location cooperation in sales, and to provide the best possible support, the company relies on the CRM-solution from Microsoft Dynamics 365 and commissioned BE-terna with the implementation project. The UK sales region will be launched in November 2019, along with gradual roll-outs in other countries.

Ideal partners for expansion

Helmuth Berger, CEO at Internorm International, is very satisfied with the agreed partnership with BE-terna and Microsoft:

We at Internorm do not have a classic corporate culture that is managed completely centrally. Our culture is characterised by entrepreneurship, decisiveness and 100% customer orientation. We have chosen BE-terna and Microsoft in order to benefit from their industry expertise in the construction supply business on the one hand, and on the other hand we are counting on Microsoft and an absolutely future-proof technology that will support us in further innovations.
